Physalis Omega 3 forte contains the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA (36%) and DHA (24%) with a natural EPA / DHA ratio of 1.5. Proportionally, our daily diet provides us with too much omega-6 and too little omega-3. That is why supplements containing EPA and DHA are highly recommended.
