Most of vitamin D is produced by our body in the skin under conditions of sufficient sunlight. In cases where solar radiation is low, the development of vitamin D is mostly difficult. The German Nutrition Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung) recommends taking 20 μg (800 IU) of vitamin D per day, which corresponds to 400% of the nutrient reference value – exactly the amount in 1 drop of Dr. Jacob’s Vitamin D3 Öl.
How to use?
Recommended daily dose: for adults and children from 1 year of age – 1 drop per day (it is most convenient to take by dropping in a teaspoon).
The recommended daily dose (1 drop, approximately 0.033 ml) contains on average:

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, so it is recommended to use it together with preparations containing them.
