RAPUNZEL Pasta Speciale is made from 100% ground buckwheat. By adding water, the raw materials are kneaded into a dough that is pressed into the corresponding pasta shape through a press. The pasta is then gently dried.
For every 100 g of pasta, boil 1 liter of water with a little salt. Add the pasta and toss gently. At the end of the cooking time, drain the water from the pasta. Heat a bowl or plate before serving. Cooking time: 8 minutes
